Magnetic Seesaw Target FAQ’s

The target has a strong magnet integrated into the design which means the flexible target will stick to anything magnetic. However, almost all seesaws are made of a non-magnetic aluminium alloy so a separate magnet must be installed ontot the end of the seesaw for the target to hold on to.

Mount the separate magnet provided to the end of the seesaw

This magnet will be attached to the target - just slide it off. Ensure the metal edge of the seesaw is clean, dry & free of debris before sticking it to the thin hard edge using the double sided tape provided. Do not try to stick it to the rubber - it won't hold.

Taping over the magnet also works!

Strong masking tape or gaffer tape can also be used & do not affect the magnetic effect. This method is useful if you plan to take your target to other on tour. You can also buy spare separate magnets in case you lose one!

How does it work??

This separate magnet will be stuck to the target when you open the packaging. - give it a good pull to get it off!! You can then stick the separate magnet to the end of the seesaw using the double sided tape provided, strong masking tape or gaffer tape.
